General Shipping

Products can be shipped via UPS or USPS courier services and usually sent 6 to 48 hours after your order is received and approved. Arrival time could be anywhere from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the method of shipment. All orders are shipped in bubble pack mailers or new boxes.

Shipping costs for game orders are generally lower than that of accessories due to weight. And in general, USPS shipping provides a lower cost than UPS. Please proceed through the checkout process for an automatic calculation of the shipping cost of your order. All accessories can only be shipped via UPS Ground service.    

Note: Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. PCGameDeals.com will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, P.O. Box, airport or hotel.

For shipping to Alaska and Hawai`i destinations, only USPS Priority Mail service is available. Also, please note that some items, such as accessories, may not qualify for shipment to Alaska and Hawai`i.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE US shipping via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for orders totaling $50.00 USD or more. We gladly extend this offer to all US destinations, including Alaska and Hawai`i*. This offer is not valid for destinations outside of the United States. Please proceed through the checkout process to see if your order qualifies. For qualified orders, either USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping will be free. Other methods of shipping, if available, will be offered with standard fees. Sales tax, if applicable, will not be calculated in the total to qualify for free shipping. Please be aware that if multiple products are ordered, they may ship out from different locations and using different free shipping methods than the one you specified. This may result in delivery of items at different times.

Delivery Date

Your order will arrive based on the shipping timeframe quoted on the site and the actual delivery timeframe for each item. If multiple items are ordered, they may ship from different locations or may be expedited when ordered, so items may arrive at different times.

Shipping Delays

Postal delays can increase delivery times. If you encounter longer delivery times, contact your local post office.

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or back-ordered. If a delay or back-order occurs you will receive notification via e-mail. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or back-order, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item(s), you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or back-order notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order, if you had been charged. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

International Shipping

Currently, we only support delivery within the United States. Our site will not automatically process and accept orders placed outside of the United States or ship to international destinations.

For most products, we can ship via USPS Priority Mail International services. Customs and others fees may apply. We reserve the right not to ship to high risk destinations.
